This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for the regional design of long-term transmission rights in accordance with Article 31 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation. Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders, market participants and NEMOs on the regional design of the long-term transmission rights. TSOs of the CCR Nordic (Energinet.dk, Svenska kraftnät, Statnett and Fingrid) are initiating this open online consultation. The proposal is consulted in accordance with Article 6 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation. The consultation is exceptionally extended to eight and a half weeks to give market participants a fair chance to provide input during the summer holidays.
