This consultation concerns the Proposal for 2nd Amendment of TSOs of the Danish-German-Luxembourgish LFC Block (comprised of 50Hertz Transmission GmbH, Amprion GmbH, Creos Luxembourg S. A., Energinet, TenneT TSO GmbH, and TransnetBW GmbH) concerning ramping restrictions for active power output in accordance with Article 137(3) and Article 137(4) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation. Why your views matter
The Nordic TSOs changed the ramping rates for their LFC Block as result of their yearly evaluation of the ramping restrictions. Therefore, also the ramping regime for HVDC interconnectors from Danish-German-Luxembourgish LFC Block has to be amended.
What happens next
The objective of the public consultation is to collect stakeholders’ views on proposed amendment of ramping restrictions or the active power output in accordance with Article 137 (3) and (4). After the public consultation, all TSOs will assess the comments received from the stakeholders and finalise the amendment proposal before submission to NRA.
