Nordic TSOs’ proposal for FRR dimensioning rules (amended)
Overview
This consultation concerns the amended proposal of all Nordic TSOs for the FRR dimensioning rules in accordance with Article 157(1) as required by 119(1)(h) of the commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1485 of 2 August 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity transmission system operation (SO Regulation).

Why your views matter
The amended proposal regarding the FRR dimensioning rules for the Nordic synchronous area is not subject to public consultation according to article 11 of SO Regulation. However, the TSOs consider the significant changes and the importance of this topic a good reason to invite their stakeholders for sharing their views. For this reason, the TSOs publish the Proposal for consultation.
What happens next
The TSOs of the Nordic synchronous area will duly take into account the views of stakeholders resulting from the consultation and use them to prepare the final version of the document that will be submitted to the Nordic NRAs by 14 May 2019.
In all cases, a sound justification for including or not the views resulting from the consultation will be provided together with the submission of the proposal and published in a timely manner before, or simultaneously with the publication of the amended proposal on FRR dimensioning rules.
