Overview

This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for a common methodology within the South West Europe Capacity Calculation Region on the common capacity calculation performed for the capacity allocation within the balancing timeframe. This methodology is developed in accordance with Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing (hereafter referred to as the “EB Regulation”).

The proposal is subject to consultation in accordance with Article 10 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a Guideline on electricity balancing.
