EU Shadow Allocation Rules – Amendment – CCR Hansa and NO-borders Public Consultation

Overview

This consultation concerns the all-TSO Proposal for the amendment, dated from 30/06/2020, of the EU Shadow Allocation Rules (EU SAR).

In cooperation with all other TSOs across Europe, Hansa TSOs and Statnett plan to amend the Shadow Allocation Rules for the Hansa CCR and NO-borders in order to merge them with the Regional Shadow Allocation Rules currently applied across Europe into one set of Shadow Allocation Rules.

Main changes out of this process are the harmonization of processes between the allocation platform and market participants/TSOs in accordance with other allocation rules applied (e.g. EU HAR), as well as the envisaged changes of operational timings of the single day-ahead coupling (SDAC) that inter alia result in a shift of the shadow auction results publication deadline from D-1 13h50 to D-1 14h00.
