Proposal for Amendment of the mFRR and aFRR Implementation Frameworks, including Annex with T&Cs Common Harmonisation Proposal
Overview
This consultation concerns the Proposal for Amendment of the mFRR and aFRR Implementation Frameworks (IFs), which includes an Annex with the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) Common Harmonisation Proposal, according to Article 18 of Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing. Transmission System Operators (TSOs) developed the amendments to the IFs to improve the process established for the harmonisation of T&Cs, as well as to include a new Annex with the Common Harmonisation Proposal. The proposal has been prepared by all TSOs.
Why your views matter
All TSOs are seeking input from stakeholders and market on the proposed amendments to aFRRIF and mFRRIF, which includes the Common Harmonisation Proposal. As the proposal is subject to consultation in accordance with Article 10(2) of EB Regulation, all TSOs are initiating this open online consultation for a period of two months.
