The consultation concerns the CCR Nordic TSOs' request for amendment in accordance with Article 9(13) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation) concerning more than one NEMO in one bidding zone in accordance with Article 45 and 57. This request for amendment covers the Multi-NEMO-Arrangement for the Capacity Calculation Region Nordic.
To accompany the legal document, an explanatory document is provided for information. Stakeholder feedback on the request for amendment will be used to help draft the final legal proposal.

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the Capacity Calculation Region Nordic (Fingrid, Statnett, Svenska Kraftnät and Energinet.DK) are initiating this open online consultation for a period of one month.
The proposal is subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation).
