This consultation concerns the Core CCR TSOs’ and iTCP proposal for the 4th amendment to Core CCR fallback procedures, and the amended Regional Specific Annex 6 to consider SEM-FR border to the Shadow Allocation Rules in accordance with Article 44 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management.
Why your views matter
We are seeking input and feedback from Core stakeholders, market participants, NRAs and NEMOs on our proposal for the 4th amendment to Core CCR fallback procedures, and the amended Regional Specific Annex 6 to consider SEM-FR border to the Shadow Allocation Rules. TSOs of the Core CCR (50HERTZ, AMPRION, APG, CREOS, ČEPS, EIRGRID, ELES, ELIA, HOPS, MAVIR, PSE, RTE, SEPS, TENNET GMBH, TENNET BV, TRANSELECTRICA, TRANSNETBW) are initiating this open online consultation on a draft proposal of the 4th amendment to Core CCR fallback procedures, and the amended Regional Specific Annex 6 to consider SEM-FR border in accordance with Article 44 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management. For information purposes, an Explanatory Note describing in more detail the proposed 4th amendment to Core CCR fallback procedures, is added as well.
