Overview

This consultation  concerns the regional TSOs proposal for the common capacity calculation performed for the capacity allocation within the day-ahead and intraday market timeframes. This proposal is required by Article 20 (2) and developed in accordance with Article 21 of Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management.

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the Greece-Italy Capacity Calculation Region (Terna and Admie) are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of not less than one month. The proposal shall be subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management.
