Baltic TSOs amendment proposal for regional design of long- term transmission rights in accordance (FCA GL Article 31)

Overview

This consultation concerns an amendment proposal developed by Baltic TSOs for Baltic Capacity Calculation Region’s regional design of long- term transmission rights in accordance with Article 31 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation to facilitate the long-term transmission rights on the FI-EE - bidding zone border.

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this proposal. TSOs of the Baltic Region are initiating this open online consultation for a period of one month.

What happens next

Baltic CCR TSOs will evaluate the feedback provided during public consultation and will take this into account when preparing the Baltic regional specific annex to the harmonised allocation rules for long-term transmission rights in submission to NRAs in June 2022.
