This consultation concerns the update of the Regional Design of Long-Term Transmission Rights in accordance with Article 31 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation. The Italy North TSOs jointly propose this revision to align the regional design of Long-Term Transmission Rights (LTRs) with current European market practices and the evolution of capacity calculation methodologies.
Why your views matter
TSOs of Italy North are seeking input and feedback from relevant stakeholders and market participants on the proposal for an amendment to the Regional Design of Long-Term Transmission Rights Methodology. This amendment is proposed pursuant to Article 4(12) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 (FCA) and is subject to public consultation in accordance with Article 6 of the same Regulation.
