Regional Coordination Centre Training and Certification methodology - Regulation 2019/943 article 37(1)(g)

Overview

This consultation concerns the ENTSO-E proposal for the “Regional Coordination Centre Training and Certification methodology” developed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2019/943 on the internal market for electricity adopted by the European Union and of the Council of 5 June 2019. In particular, to the Article 37 (g) on obligation of the Regional Coordination Centers to carry out training and certification of staff working for regional coordination centres.

The Methodology provides definitions, describes the requirements for training and certification specifically focused on which areas should be done jointly with all RCCs, commonly between TSOs and RCCs or as cross-RCC coordination. 

The Methodology has been developed by the ENTSO-E with support from the Regional Security Centers.
