Give your views on the Offshore Network Development Plans 2024

Overview

The Offshore Network Development Plans (ONDP) is a new component of the TYNDP, delivering a high-level outlook of the needs of offshore transmission infrastructure. The first edition of the ONDP has been published on 23 January 2024. The plans translate EU Member States’ non-binding agreements on offshore goals from January 2023 into offshore transmission corridors, transmission equipment needs, and related costs per sea basin. The ONDP is mandated by the TEN-E Regulation (2022/869 EU Reg Art 14.2).
