The consultation concerns the regional TSOs' proposal for fallback procedures in accordance with Article 44 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM Reulation). This proposal covers fallback procedures for the SEE Capacity Calculation Region.
Why your views matter
We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the SEE Capacity Calculation Region (ADMIE, ESO and TRANSELECTRICA) are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of not less than one month.
The proposal is subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation).
