Overview

Based on Article 59(9) of the Regulation (EU) 2019/943, on 9 March 2023 the EU Commission invited DSO Entity and ENTSO-E to submit a proposal to ACER for the network code Demand Response in accordance with the relevant framework guidelines, within a reasonable period of time that should not exceed 12 months.

To foster transparency and receive your views, DSO Entity and ENTSO-E are delighted to invite you to participate in the public consultation on the content of the proposal for the Network Code Demand Response.

Disclaimer:

All documents/responses related to the public consultation shall be made public as default. However, confidential responses are allowed. Stakeholders who request confidentiality, should indicate it upon submission of the contribution (with a reason for the request). It is also possible to submit both a confidential and a public version of your contribution. Confidential information will be treated as per point 2.6 of the ENTSO-E Consultation Process and as per point 7 of the EU DSO Entity Rules of procedure on the consultation.

ENTSO-E and the EU DSO Entity shall take into account the views of stakeholders resulting from the consultation of the draft text and consider them in their preparation of the final version of the Network Code proposal.

    To facilitate transparency and enable stakeholders outside of the drafting committee to present their views, DSO Entity and ENTSO-E are organising the second public workshop on October 13 9:00 - 11:00. This workshop will focus on the content of the code proposal.
