Overview

The consultation concerns the Nordic CCR TSOs' proposal for fallback procedures in accordance with Article 44 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation). This proposal covers fallback procedures for the Capacity Calculation Region Nordic.

Due to time contraints the consultation concerns the explanatory document and not a draft legal proposal. Stakeholder feedback on the explanatory document will be used to help draft the final legal proposal.

 

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the Capacity Calculation Region Nordic (Fingrid, Statnett, Svenska Kraftnät and Energinet.DK) are initiating this open online consultation for a period of one month.

The proposal is subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation).
