Overview

This consultation concerns the common proposal developed by RTE, REE and REN as the Transmission System Operators of the SWE Capacity Calculation Region regarding the proposal for the methodology for coordinated redispatching and countertrading in accordance with the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 (CACM Regulation).

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the South West Europe Region are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of not less than one month. This proposal is required by Article 35 of the CACM Regulation. The proposal shall be subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 - establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management (CACM Regulation).
