Overview
This consultation concerns the addition of the Cobra cable between Denmark (DK1) and the Nederland’s (NL) in appendix 1 in the regional TSO proposal for the design of long-term transmission rights for Capacity Calculation Region Hansa in accordance with Article 31 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation. This proposal for amendment covers the addition of an interconnector in annex 1 in the design of long-term transmission rights methodology for Capacity Calculation Region Hansa

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this amendment. TSOs of the CCR Hansa Region (Energinet.dk, Svenska kraftnät, Statnett, Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne, TenneT TSO GmbH, TenneT TSO B.V and 50Hertz) are initiating this open online consultation. The amendment to the methodology is in accordance with article 4(12) and is consulted on in accordance with Article 6 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation (FCA)
What happens next
TSOs will evaluate input and where relevant take it into account before submitting for NRA approval.
