Overview

This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for new proposal of Shadow Allocation Rules which are part of approved fallback procedures elaborated in accordance with Article 44 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management. This proposal covers Article 2(1), letter c) from fallback procedures for the SEE Capacity Calculation Region, borders (RO-BG and BG-GR).

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the SEE CCR Capacity Calculation Region (ADMIE, ESO and Transelectrica) are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of not less than one month.  The proposal shall be subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM).
