Overview

This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for the establishment of fallback procedures in accordance with Article 44 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management. This proposal covers fallback procedures for the Hansa Capacity Calculation Region.

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders, market participants and NEMOs on this important feature of the day ahead electricity market. TSOs of the CCR Hansa Region (Energinet.dk, Svenska kraftnät and Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne, TenneT GmbH and 50Hertz) are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of not less than one month. The proposal is consulted in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM).
