Overview

This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for the design of Long Term Transmission Rights in accordance with the EU Regulation n°2016/1719, of 26 September 2016, establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation. This proposal covers the design of Long Term Transmission Rights for the South West Europe Region.

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the South West Europe Region (REE, REN, RTE) are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of not less than one month. The proposal shall be subject to consultation in accordance with Article 31 the EC regulation 2016/21719 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation (FCA).
