This consultation concerns the Core CCR TSOs’ proposal for the second amendment of the Core CCR TSOs’ methodology for splitting long-term cross-zonal capacity in accordance with Article 16 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26th September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation.

We are seeking input and feedback from Core stakeholders, market participants, NRAs and NEMOs on our proposal for the second amendment of the Core CCR TSOs’ methodology for splitting long-term cross-zonal capacity. TSOs of the Core CCR (50HERTZ, AMPRION, APG, CREOS, ČEPS, EIRGRID, ELES, ELIA, HOPS, MAVIR, PSE, RTE, SEPS, TENNET GMBH, TENNET BV, TRANSELECTRICA, TRANSNETBW) are initiating this open online consultation on a draft of the second amendment proposal in accordance with Article 16 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26th September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation. For information purposes, an Explanatory Note describing in more detail the proposed methodology is added as well.
