Core TSOs’ proposal for Fallback Procedures

Overview

The consultation concerns the Core CCR TSOs' proposal for fallback procedures in accordance with Article 44 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation). This proposal covers fallback procedures for the Core region.

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the Core region (50HERTZ, AMPRION, APG, CREOS, ČEPS, ELES, ELIA, HOPS, MAVIR, PSE, RTE, SEPS, TENNET GMBH, TENNET BV, TRANSELECTRICA, TRANSNETBW) are initiating this open online consultation for a period of not less than one month.

The proposal is subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM Regulation).
