Overview

The consultation concerns the CCR Core TSOs’ proposal for regional design of long-term transmission rights in accordance with Article 31(3) following the decision of concerned NRAs in accordance with Article 30(2) and its subsequent amendment based on Article 4(12) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 (FCA Regulation). This proposal covers the design of Long Term Transmission Rights for the CCR Core. TSOs of the CCR Core (50HERTZ, AMPRION, APG, CREOS, ČEPS, ELES, ELIA, HOPS, MAVIR, PSE, RTE, SEPS, TENNET GMBH, TENNET BV, TRANSELECTRICA, TRANSNETBW) are initiating this open online consultation for a period of not less than one month based on articles 31(5) and 4(12) FCA Regulation.

What happens next

After the Consultation, Core TSOs will carefully analyse the received responses and assemble all views in a Consultation Report.
