Closed 15 Aug 2022

Opened 5 Jul 2022

Overview

ENTSO-E publishes every year an Annual Work Programme as required under REGULATION (EU) 2019/943 on the internal market for electricity. The priorities outlined in the Work Programme 2023 reflect the legal mandates given to ENTSO-E by REGULATION (EU) 2019/943 on the internal market for electricity and related Network Codes and Guidelines, REGULATION (EU) 2019/941 on risk-preparedness in the electricity sector, REGULATION (EU) No 347/2013 on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure, REGULATION (EU) No 543/2013 on the submission and publication of data in electricity markets and Commission Regulation (EU) No 838/2010 of 23 September 2010 on laying down guidelines relating to the inter-transmission system operator compensation mechanism. This Annual Work Programme is also in line with the European Commission’s priority list for the development of network codes and guidelines for the period from 2020 to 2023.
