HANSA CCR - Common Coordinated Long -Term Capacity Calculation Methodology Proposal (FCA Art. 10)

Overview

This consultation concerns the regional TSOs’ proposal for common coordinated capacity calculation methodology (LTCCM) in accordance with Article 10(1) of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation (FCA). This proposal is an amendment to the already approved LTCCM in order to introduce provisions for the Kriegers-Flak combined grid solution.

Why your views matter

TSOs would like to get feedback from stakeholders and market participants on this amendment to the LTCCM. TSOs of CCR Hansa are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of not less than one month in accordance with Article 12 of the FCA. For the sake of clarity, this public consultation is strictly limited to the changes introduced to accommodate the provisions for the KF CGS derogation.
