Overview

ENTSO-E publishes every year an Annual Work Programme as required under REGULATION (EU) 2019/943 on the internal market for electricity. The priorities outlined in the Work Programme 2025 reflect the legal mandates given to ENTSO-E by REGULATION (EU) 2019/943 on the internal market for electricity as amended by REGULATION (EU) 2024/1747 and the related Network Codes and Guidelines, REGULATION (EU) 2019/941 on risk-preparedness in the electricity sector, REGULATION (EU) No 2022/869 on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure, REGULATION (EU) No 543/2013 on the submission and publication of data in electricity markets and Commission Regulation (EU) No 838/2010 on laying down guidelines relating to the Inter-Transmission System Operator compensation mechanism.

  • 10 July - Annual Public Webinar
  • 27 October: Internal approval of AWP 2025
  • 31 October – 16 December: Submission to ACER for opinion
  • 19 - 23 December: Publication of the final AWP 2025
