CCR Nordic TSOs’ proposal on the Balancing Timeframe Capacity Calculation Methodology
Overview
This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for the Balancing Timeframe Capacity Calculation Methodology, in accordance with Article 37 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing. This proposal covers the Capacity Calculation Methodology for the Balancing Timeframe for the Nordic Capacity Calculation Region.
Why your views matter
We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of Electricity Balancing. TSOs of the Nordic Capacity Calculation Region (Energinet, Fingrid, Svenska kraftnät, in cooperation with Statnett) are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of one month. The proposal shall be subject to consultation in accordance with Article 10 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2195 of 23 November 2017 establishing a guideline on electricity balancing.
