This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for the common coordinated capacity calculation methodology in accordance with Article 20(2) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management.

Why your views matter

  We are seeking input from stakeholders on this important feature of the day ahead and intraday electricity market. TSOs of the CCR Hansa Region (Energinet.dk, Svenska kraftnät and Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne, TenneT GmbH and 50Hertz) are initiating this open on-line consultation on a draft capacity calculation methodology in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM). The consultation is exceptionally extended to six weeks to give the market participant a fair chance to provide input during the holiday season.

The objective of the public consultation is to collect the stakeholders’ views on the capacity calculation methodology proposal. After the public consultation, the SWE TSOs will assess the comments received by the stakeholders, update where relevant the proposal and/or the explanatory note and provide market parties with the assessment of their answers
