Overview

This consultation concerns the regional TSOs’ report assessing the progressive coordination and harmonisation of mechanisms and agreements for redispatching and countertrading in accordance with Article 35(3) of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management (CACM Regulation). The methodology for coordination of redispatching and countertrading following Article 35 of CACM Regulation is not yet approved by the NRAs of the CCR Greece-Italy, however CACM Regulation requires TSOs to provide this report by 26 months after approval of CCRs and not a certain time period after approval of the said methodology.

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature. TSOs from the Greece-Italy Capacity Calculation Region (ADMIE, TERNA) are initiating this open on-line consultation for a period of not less than one month. The proposal shall be subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Calculation and Congestion Management (CACM).
