This consultation concerns the Core CCR TSOs’ proposal for the first amendment of the Day-Ahead Capacity Calculation Methodology of the Core Capacity Calculation Region in accordance with article 20ff. of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24th July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management.

We are seeking input and feedback from Core stakeholders, market participants, NRAs and NEMOs on our proposal for first amendment of the Day-Ahead Capacity Calculation Methodology of the Core Capacity Calculation Region.
TSOs of the Core CCR (50HERTZ, AMPRION, APG, CREOS, ČEPS, ELES, ELIA, HOPS, MAVIR, PSE, RTE, SEPS, TENNET GMBH, TENNET BV, TRANSELECTRICA, TRANSNETBW) are initiating this open online consultation on a draft of the first amendment Proposal in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM).
For information purposes, an Explanatory Note describing in more detail the proposed day-ahead methodology, is added as well.
