Overview

This consultation concerns All Baltic CCR TSOs’ Common Proposal for Regional Design of Long-Term Transmission Rights in Accordance with Article 31 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a guideline on forward capacity allocation (FCA Regulation). This proposal covers the Regional design of long-term transmission rights for Capacity Calculation Region Baltic.

Why your views matter

We are seeking input from stakeholders and market participants on this important feature of the future European electricity market. TSOs of the Baltic CCR region (AS Elering, AS “Augstsprieguma tikls”, Litgrid AB, PSE S.A., Svenska Kraftnät, Fingrid Oyj) are initiating this open online consultation for a period of not less than one month. The proposal is subject to consultation in accordance with Article 6 of the Commission Regulation (EU) FCA Regulation.
