Overview

This consultation concerns the Core CCR TSOs’ proposal for required by them amendments to the Regional Specific Annex for the CCR Core to the Harmonised Allocation Rules for long-term transmission rights in accordance with Article 52 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2016/1719 of 26 September 2016 establishing a Guideline on Forward Capacity Allocation (FCA Regulation). The amendments compared to the approved by all Core NRAs regional annex currently in place are highlighted in the “Track Changes” version.”

Why your views matter

Based on Article 4(12) in conjunction with Article 6 of the FCA Regulation, Core TSOs are seeking for views from stakeholders, including the relevant authorities of the Core CCR Member States, on the proposed amendments.

What happens next

After the consultation Core TSOs will carefully analyse and asses the received responses and assemble all views in a consultation report.
