On the basis of MCRC Methodology consulations, methodology document has been amended. Amended version of document will be reviewed by Baltic CCR NRAs, amended by Baltic CCR TSOs (if required after Baltic CCR NRAs review) and approved by Baltic CCR NRAs.

Overview
This consultation concerns the regional TSO proposal for the coordinated redispatching and countertrading methodology ('CRC Methodology') for the Baltic CCR, in accordance with Article 35 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management (CACM).
Why your views matter
We are seeking input from stakeholders, market participants, and NEMOs on this CRC Methodology. TSOs of the Baltic CCR (AS "Augstsprieguma tikls", Elering AS, Litgrid AB, Svenska kraftnät, Fingrid Oyj, and Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A.) are initiating this open on-line consultation. The proposal is subject to consultation in accordance with Article 12 of the Commission Regulation (EU) No 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a Guideline on Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM).
