DESCRIPTION:The TSOs of Austria\, Czechia and Germany will hold a joint dig
 ital stakeholder workshop on ALPACA (Allocation and Procurement of aFRR Ba
 lancing Capacity Cooperation Agreement) on 19.09.2023 from 14:00 to 16:00.
  Since the response to the ongoing consultation is low\, we want to offer 
 this workshop at short notice.\n\nALPACA seeks to establish a common procu
 rement of balancing capacity of automatic Frequency Restoration Reserve (a
 FRR) at the CZ-DE and AT-CZ borders. The current German-Austrian cooperati
 on to commonly procure aFRR remains in place.\n\nTopics of this workshop i
 nclude an overview on the cooperation design and the current EBGL proposal
 s as well as updates from the project. The workshop will be held in Englis
 h. \n\nThe exact agenda and dial-in dates will be communicated in time bef
 ore the workshop. We kindly ask you to register your participation until 1
