DESCRIPTION:The TSOs of Austria\, Czechia and Germany will hold a join
 t digital stakeholder workshop on ALPACA (Allocation and Procurement o
 f aFRR Balancing Capacity Cooperation Agreement) on 19.09.2023 from 14
 :00 to 16:00. Since the response to the ongoing consultation is low\, 
 we want to offer this workshop at short notice.\n\nALPACA seeks to est
 ablish a common procurement of balancing capacity of automatic Frequen
 cy Restoration Reserve (aFRR) at the CZ-DE and AT-CZ borders. The curr
 ent German-Austrian cooperation to commonly procure aFRR remains in pl
 ace.\n\nTopics of this workshop include an overview on the cooperation
  design and the current EBGL proposals as well as updates from the pro
 ject. The workshop will be held in English. \n\nThe exact agenda and d
 ial-in dates will be communicated in time before the workshop. We kind
